Gloomy Thursday

Hello Sweets, it's a gloomy Thursday and I thought I'd share more of my fall outfits with you beautiful people. This outfit I wore yesterday and I wanted to wear my new booties!!!! Mother-nature is very bi-polar in the Bay Area during the fall, so even though it's chilly as ice in the morning I'll still decide to wear skirts or dresses do to the warmth later on in the day. Maybe that's just me where I tend to get warm easily or this weather is just confusing to point where I can't decide what to wear. Moving on from that, I chose to pair my new booties with my grey dress, a blue cardigan and for a little more warmth I wore a black fringe vest. Like I said before how its cold in the mornings, with the amount of layers I stacked on the top totally helped ya gal out. This was more convenient because it turned out to be a bit warm in the afternoon, so all I had to do was just slip off the  layers. Fa-Fa-Fa-Fall is here!!!!! Ladies and Jets, may I introduce my fall wear! Since this is my first fall show case of an outfit in my lovely closet, I will tell you where everything is from. Not like I don't do that anyways.........okok enough of my tryna be funny and lets get to the Deets. Fall has been around for a while now, but during this time I've been wearing out my summer close. Mother nature is being a bit bipolar so trying to wear fall clothes isn't that easy at the moment. So finally a chilly day hit and I decided to break out the leggings, boots and all the works. Like always I tore up my closet to fine what to wear, and luckily after terrorizing my room I find something so cute it's no deal break to this jaw breaker. I wanted a classic/ simple feel, so I paired my black leggings with a stripped quarter sleeved shirt and a denim long sleeve shirt. To top it all off, I chose my under the knee semi-heel brown boots. Now for the extra flare I obviously matched this outfit with my forever worn rose-gold watch and some sud earrings. For the hair, I wanted everything out of my face so a french braid was the go to. Better than a reg. ponytail; don't get me wrong, a reg. ponytail is great!!! Its important to spark up your hair every once in awhile. You don't have to go all out like them celebs on the red carpet or at prom, a classic braid or any other up do with service.(The main thing is to just be yourself and express yourself. 80's Feel

 Hey lovelies-
So sorry for the MIA, but I assure you that I'm back!!!!! Little update: I've just been busy with all my classes and let me tell you, it can be overwhelming just a bit. Ok now do to my MIA, I'll be doing some throw back outfits from summer every once in a while. Please don't hate me for that, let just get in to it since I feel like I'm rambling too much......LETS GO!!!!! I usually pick out my outfits the night before, so that night I was tearing up my closet just to find what to wear. Ladies can you relate? I may not go to a fashion school, but I feel that every day should be FABULOUS so why not go all out and dress to impress. You don't have to Impress anyone, but I personally like to impress my man and myself. I wanted to test out my new denim skirt, so I basically tried to pair shirts with it.

Didn't want a sweater because it was going to be blazing hot, tried some button ups and didn't do its justice and then it hit me!!!!!! CROP TOPS!! I grabbed my strip crop top and said "Sailor-ish?" I find anything that's stripped sailor-ish, but I thought it looked nice and paired well. This outfit was almost complete, but since Cali can get a bit chilly in the mornings, I definitely needed a cover up. To be honest, I barely have any cover ups, so I borrowed my moms and the beige meshed well with the light washed denim and strip combo. It gave this outfit a simple and settle look, considering strips can be a bit popping to the eye. Usually I'd see girls just place their cover ups in their bags, holding it and even tying it over their shoulders. I thought why not take it back a few years, where I used to do this all the time. Getting that 80's feel of tying your cover ups around your waist. Why not? it was suitable then and will forever be suitable now.....for me at least. Having my cover up around my waist was amazing that day. When its cold in the mornings your class ends up being boiling hot do to the massive heat wave from the heater, so that total makes me want to take off a layer. So simple, all I have to do it just shrug of my cover up and tie it around my waist so when I walk out of class I can put it back on. Also having it around my waist prevents me from not loosing my clothes or even have someone take it.(The main thing is to just be yourself and express yourself. HI! I wanted to share with you guys what I wore on my first day of Senior Year! Now, I know you girls probably do this, but I couldn't decided what to wear. I basically tore apart my closet the night before, then the day of. After going through my closet, I went with this lace/chiffon cream colored dress. Usually you'd see girls or guys go out with all these summer colors, neon colors, or maybe flashy bling. I felt like starting a new school year soft and elegant. Happy September! "I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream." I'm not really a pattern dress girl, but when I saw this.........I couldn't say no. The other reason why I decided to scoop this dress up, because of the back "V" cut out. This dress did have slit sleeves, but I wasn't a big fan of them, so I chopped them off. Now, this may seem like I ruined the style of the dress, but I just wanted to make this my own style. I paired this dress some nude chunky heels, boyfriends gold watch and since it was hot, I just took my bracelet to tie my hair up. Since the dress is a pattered dress, it can be hard to pair accessories with it. Try to stick with solid colored accessories and solid colored foot wear. If you like having multi-colored accessories with a pattered dress, then go for it! Good Morning Everyone! Who else is falling for Fall?! I find Fall a chance to wear your summer clothes a winter wear combined. it may sound a bit strange or weird, but they really are a great fit. I chose to pair my high waisted shorts with this stripped cropped top for a casual look. Since it's about to be Fall, for the cover up I went this some what of a trench coat and my laced up boots. The coat gives this look a warm feel to it while the shoes give an edge to this look. Cha Cha Chunky! For this outfit I wanted to do something a little different. I'd normally wear heels, sandals or flats, but why not give it a twist. Wedges!!!!! pairing some cut out wedges with a mini dress may be different, but at the same time pretty & edgy. The chunkiness of the wedge puts the edginess in the outfit, while the cut outs in the shoes and the designs/ patterns on the dress makes the out fit sweet/pretty. Now, if you're not the wedge type of gal or mini dress gal, then you could always mix it up. Grab your maxi dress and pair it with some sandals or heels, or pair your wedges with some tailored pants or even regular jeans. (The main thing is to just be yourself and express yourself. YOYOYO! Nothing sounds better than some comfy shoes and some comfy clothes. So you may be thinking [wearing jeans or denim jacket aren't comfy] well I wanted to have an outfit wear I could be comfy yet casual. Now usually when I say comfy, I mean a pair of sweats with a big T-shirt or my PJ's. Though I could be wrong about what you may be thinking, I'm just telling you what I think. Anyways, I wanted to wear some black jeans, but then I wanted to add some color. Yeah when wearing black or a solid color you first instinct is to pair it with a denim jacket. So yeah I did pair it with a denim jacket, but also a graphic T-shirt. You can have any colored graphic tee, I just wanted to wear all black. Now that I've chosen the basic wears I still needed some kicks and accessories. Since I was wearing all black, I wanted some more color. I went with my with chucks with teal lining and maroon stripped socks. This outfit is a bit too busy now, for accessories I just added my rose gold watch to have at least something on my wrist. I probably could've werked with outfit with out arm candy, but why not add some bling.

Hows your day?!!!! This outfit kinda explains its self, pants and sweaters.....Its about to be windy season and you most definitely want to cover up. No one wants to get the chills or get the cold, so before you walk out that door; be sure to grab some sort of outer wear to keep you warm. Back to this style though, I've decided to pair my dark blue jeans with this cozy colored sweater to give it some pop! The sweater isn't too flashy or too vibrant, so it's complements the jeans very well. Also to give this cozy wear a bit of a kick, I paired it with my chunky heels from Forever21. The brown on the heels complete this whole look. Having a settle colored heel paired with soft toned sweaters or any other type of top, helps/makes an outfit simple yet fashionable.

Herrro!! This is for all you Maxi Lovers out there!!!! This may sound biased, I don't know about you but I find solid colored Maxi dresses the best. Even more of an eye opener when there is a design on the back, possible little mesh or maybe even cut outs(not too big) Now when I said, "Design" I'm talking about something like this dress above, also when I said, "Little Mesh" I'm talking about a mesh on the back side or mesh in a design, and the reason why I said, "Maybe even cut outs" is because the cut outs  designer do these days on dresses are sometimes too DRAMATIC. I'm pretty sure no one want to be seeing your full back side with your bra popping out or half of your ass showing with your panties saying hello to the world.
